Walking Challenge Underway

Share Your Video Clips and Photos

edHEALTH’s popular Walking Challenge, Walk This Way to a Healthier You, is back for its third year. From June 8 through July 4, 2020, this fun activity provides a healthy competition between edHEALTH’s member colleges, universities, and other educational institutions and their faculty and staff. Each week, employees from each participating school have the opportunity to win gifts based on their steps walked. We’ll announce the grand prize winners and the member school winner – who receives the coveted edHEALTH Walking Challenge trophy and a fall ice cream social – by August. Olin College of Engineering, the edHEALTH staff, and Worcester Polytechnic Institute are currently vying for first place, but with two weeks to go, there’s still an opportunity for another team to pull ahead.

Share How You’re Doing for the Chance to Win Additional Prizes!

We want to hear and see your story of how you’re competing:

  • Where are you walking?
  • How are you staying motivated?
  • Do you have a shout out to your college, university, or charter school?

Post or send your video clip or photo for an opportunity to win a weekly $50 gift card to the merchant of your choice. Every week, the edHEALTH team will determine the social media star and prize winner.

Post to Twitter or LinkedIn and tag your educational institution and @Educatorshealth. Use the hashtag #edHEALTHwalk.
